The staff was very friendly and generous, especially Mr Maged. Activities were enjoyable, and the beach was very good for swimming. The food was generally very good, (though I think a bit more variety would be nice).
Hopefully, the hotel management can find a solution.

The hotel had many activities available, and the beach was well-kept and easily accessible. There were multiple pools, and all looked to be very clean and in good condition. I noticed plenty of sun loungers near the pools.

Our Beautiful Sea View Room was spacious and cleaned daily. The room included a large balcony with seating. We found fresh towels each day. the beds were made, and towel animals looked on the bed.

The location was convenient, close to the beach and other local attractions. The hotel grounds were well-manicured. I saw a lot of help with towels and sun loungers for the guests.

The staff was very attentive to our needs. Mr Maged in particular was helpful and always available. Any requests were handled quickly and professionally. (Great service indeed!).

The beach access was convenient with many sunbeds always available. I liked that I didn't need to wake up early to reserve a spot. The food also had a wide variety each day. Chef Waleed was especially friendly and cute. He spoke with guests to ensure they felt comfortable.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience! I only had access in the lobby, not ideal. The check-in process was also disorganized and quite lengthy. I found it stressful. Everything, from taxi services to tours, was offered at inflated prices.

I found the food to be excellent. There was a wide buffet with fresh dishes and delicious desserts. the bar offered a great selection of cocktails, and the bartenders were friendly. the animation team was amazing! fun shows occurred every evening, and daytime activities included games plus dancing. i found the hotel perfect for both active recreation and relaxation.
also, staff started cleaning rooms around 6 am and they made loud sounds near doors.

The main restaurant offered a diverse buffet with themed nights, with international cuisine. It had multiple live cooking stations. a separate à la carte restaurant provided a more intimate setting, it required reservations and offered seafood dishes. dress code was smart casual.

the hotel featured five swimming pools, including a kids' pool with slides, though i thought that the slides could use some improvements? the fitness center had treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights, though the air conditioning did not work, and there were tennis courts available for guest use, though they were expensive!

The hotel had direct access to a private beach area. Sun loungers and umbrellas were provided free of charge. a shuttle service was available to nearby shopping centers, and i felt it was frequent. the hotel was approximately 10 kilometers from the airport.
